Nobody wants to take 1 month to lose 5 pounds! Everybody wants the fastest and most secure way to lose fat. If you are one of those people, you are reading the right article. Check out the best 5 tips to lose weight faster!
Every day we hear about someone who lost 20 pounds in 1 week, or 30 pounds in 3 weeks. That’s crazy, right? This article is not about crazy diets or anything related to not eating. It’s about eating real food, making a few adjustments to your actual diet and exercising but not excessively. Even if you aren’t capable of exercising (for whatever reason), you can still lose weight faster with these tips. If you are already on a weight-loss program, add these tips to it and you will see results faster. Don’t be afraid because none of these tips is dangerous to your health.
Let’s dive into the 5 tips to lose weight faster.
Tip #1 – Mindset
Many people don’t achieve their weight goals because of their mindset! Take a look at the 5 major problems related to your mindset. I’m sure you will recognize them.
- Negativism: People don’t believe that what they are doing will work.
- Sabotaging themselves: They often say “just this time” when they grab a sweet or something that doesn’t fit into their diet.
- Giving up too soon: If they don’t see results after a few days, they quit and blame the diet program. Most of the time, the problem is related to the 2 examples above.
- Lack of consistency: Like most things in life, you need to be consistent to see results. If you want to lose weight, you must follow the steps every day. Following a diet plan for 2 days in a row and then having a “sugary” day will not work. Your body will be confused and will not respond like it should.
- Wrong expectations: Many people think that losing weight in a healthy way is easy (just stop eating). It is NOT! You will probably have headaches, sugar crashes, cravings, some failures, etc. Your will to lose weight must be very strong and you must be prepared to suffer a little. If you are the type of person who is not mentally prepared to suffer, you will NEVER be able to lose some serious pounds!
Have a positive mindset and a consistent methodology and you will achieve your weight loss goals.
Tip #2 – Don’t be Afraid of Losing Weight Fast
Assuming that people are not depriving their bodies of nutrients, one of the biggest myths I have heard is that it’s not healthy to lose too much weight in a short period of time.
Of course, some people follow radical diets and lose all the water in their bodies for one event. However, even those people (who do crazy stuff) don’t die because of their weight loss. Their bodies will probably need some time to recover from the shock but after a few days they are fine.
Losing weight quickly will not kill you! However, how many people die each year from being overweight?
Write down this number: 300,000 obesity-related deaths per year in the US alone!
I’m not going to lie. Some days you might feel sick, peeved and as though your life sucks. But this won’t last forever. You will start seeing results and your motivation will increase. With motivation, you will keep moving forward. The more quickly you lose weight, the more motivated you will be to stay on the right track.
Tip #3 – Start a Low-Carb Diet
The best diet to begin losing weight fast is the ketogenic diet. Basically, the ketogenic diet is a low-carb and high-fat diet. Cutting carbs and replacing them with good fats will turn your body into a fat shredder.
One study found that people on a ketogenic diet lost 2.2 times more weight than did those on a calorie-restricted low-fat diet.

Tip #4 – Get More Sleep
Lack of sleep can lead to higher stress levels and a lack of motivation to stay on a weight-loss diet.
Often, people don’t relate lack of sleep with weight gain, but they are very connected.
Because if you don’t get proper sleep, your body will feel more tired every single day. With tiredness, your stress levels increase.
High stress levels and low blood sugar levels can trigger the adrenal glands to produce cortisol.
High cortisol levels can increase the appetite. With the lack of sleep and lack of motivation, you will certainly eat some bad and sugary “poison”. If you consume more calories than your daily caloric requirement, your body goes into fat storage mode!
You don’t want to turn your body into a fat storage machine! You want your body to become a fat shredder. So, sleep more for your health!
Tip #5 – Exercise But Not Excessively
If you already exercise on a regular basis, my advice is: Don’t stop doing it.
If you want to add exercise to your weight loss journey, do it only when you get rid of the keto flu (check Tip #3 and get your FREE guide to understand what this is).
After that, you can start with some exercise but only 3 times per week. Your body will be in a constant fat-burning mode so adding too much exercise can lead you to a very high calorie deficit. This can result in a hormone disorder.
You can do any type of exercise, but my recommendation for best results is to go with an anaerobic type of exercise such as running sprints or swimming sprints.
Alternate between running and swimming sprints during your 3 workout days. In addition to avoiding boredom, your body fat will melt away in the blink of an eye.
Weight loss starts with your mindset and, most importantly, the type of food you put into your body. It ends with exercise and proper rest. If you combine all 5 tips, you will start to see results.
