Soups

1 – Easy Lobster Bisque

Wow!

This is the first word that comes to my mind when I think about this recipe.

Is it possible to turn a high-carb recipe into a low-carb one?

The answer is: definitely!

This lobster bisque is the perfect example of what is possible! It’s a delicious lobster bisque high in fat and low in carbs. Everybody will love it.

The downside: It takes 1 hour to cook and 20 minutes to prepare, which might be too much for a soup.

2 – The Creamiest Low-Carb Vegetable Soup

This is another keto soup winner.

Your entire family will enjoy it and will not even miss the high-carb ingredients such as potatoes and lentils.

It’s so full of good, fresh ingredients that it can be served as a lighter meal.

This is an easy and tasty soup that can be made in 45 minutes.

Main Dishes

3 – Easy Roast Turkey

For many people, Christmas without turkey is not Christmas, so I have to give you a turkey recipe.

This recipe has been done many times, so I recommend that you follow the instructions exactly. Because this recipe takes about 3 hours (most of which is spent on cooking), you should set a timer for each step.

It’s a keto turkey recipe that is full of bacon fat and includes roasted vegetables as a side. Enjoy!

4 – Rosemary and Mustard Crusted Baked Ham

It may not sound like a Christmas recipe but this can be an alternative for those who don’t like turkey. It’s pretty easy to prepare but it will take around 5 hours in the oven. I’m telling you this so that you will be prepared and able to manage your time before Christmas dinner.

Side Dishes

5 – Green Bean Fries

Here’s a great substitute for French fries. Now you may be wondering, “How the heck can fried green beans have a crunchy texture?”

It’s pretty simple, with parmesan and egg, and it takes just 20 minutes.

6 – Low-Carb Mushroom Risotto with Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower is one of the most perfect low-carb foods to simulate low-carb potato, pasta and rice recipes.

This is one of the highest-fat side dishes I have ever seen. It contains olive oil, butter and parmesan cheese. At the beginning of this article I said I would not bore you with nutrition facts, but I have to say this: This recipe has 26 grams of fat per serving!

It takes 50 minutes in total but I’m sure this is a great side dish.

Sweet Treats

9 – Classic Gingerbread Men

The famous gingerbread man in a keto version?

Yes!

As I said before, just because you are on a keto diet doesn’t mean you can’t eat good and fun foods. Almost all ingredients can be replaced by healthy ones that fit in a keto diet.

This classic biscuit will be a huge hit with children, but I think it will also be popular with adults.

Preparation is where you spend most of your time (40 minutes); however, it takes a total of 1 hour to create these classic cookies.

Drinks

11 – Pumpkin Pie Martini

For those who don’t know, there are also keto versions and adaptations of some drinks.

Do you want to impress your guests and feel like Tom Cruise in Cocktail? Go ahead and try this cocktail, but be careful – it still has vodka and rum.

Time to prepare: 10 minutes.

12 – Low-Carb Chocolate Peppermint Cocktail

Sorry, kids. This looks like chocolate milk but it’s not. It’s a sweet cocktail with a great look and it contains vodka.

For those (adults) who ate a lot and don’t have space in their stomachs for dessert, this can be a good alternative. It’s sweet and light (because of the peppermint) and should be really tasty. I’m not a big fan of cocktails but I really want to try this one as well.

Time to prepare: 5 minutes.
