I’m a big fan of oatmeal, and I confess that I was a bit skeptical about this recipe. However, the end result is amazing and very tasty.

The primary ingredient – the one that replaces oats – is hemp hearts.

This recipe is full of healthy fats and fiber, with 29 grams of fat and 12 grams of fiber. It takes 5 minutes to prepare and cook, and can be heated up in either the oven or the microwave.
